Description

After teaching special education at a junior high in Plainfield for 8 years, I have decided to stay at home with my 8 month old and 22 month old sons. I have a lot of experience working with and watching kids and would love to open up my heart and home to watch two other children. I can provide a loving, safe, fun, nurturing environment for up to 2 kids. I would not feel comfortable taking on more than 2 additional kids since I also have 2 of my own. I want to make sure I can provide the individual attention all children need and deserve.



Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked at several different daycare centers during and right after college. I also was a summer nanny for a family of three older children for 5 summers before I got married and had my own children. I love to read to my children, sing and dance, play outside, and like to get down on the ground and really play with them. I would promise to treat your kids just like they were one of mine.
