Welch Systems Inc., a leading provider of self-service solutions to financial institutions and retail locations throughout the U.S. is seeking a self-motivated and success driven Field Service Technician to support our Southern Illinois, South Western Indiana and South Eastern Missouri territory.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer equipment concerns while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidates must have electronic, mechanical and computer expertise, as well as excellent interpersonal and prioritization skills. Prior experience in servicing banking equipment or ATM’s is preferred and an electronics or electromechanical degree or equal experience is needed.

Our excellent compensation package is based on experience and includes full benefits with a 401k plan. This position offers opportunity for increased compensation based on growth of service base. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test and medical exam.
