Heres the scoop. I own a furniture warehouse with tons of modern contemporary furniture sold at incredible prices. I have aisles of open items, returns, discontinued merchandise, and display models that I have just pulled from the shelves and placed on the warehouse floor. I have featured dining chairs and club chairs, which were quite successful so now I have created a designated area where everything in that section will be $49, featuring barstools and dining chairs that are all in fair to good condition, please see below for pictures. It is first come first serve, there will be no holding because if you snooze you lose. You must be local as full inspection is required!
