(Not a typo).My mechanic friend tells me it's a 1/2 ton truck and that the frames on these Toyota pick-ups (pre-Tacoma) are very solid. There are a two surface rust spots on the bed, and some surface rust on the front edge of the hood, but I assure you that is all. In trying to assess the value of this truck, I came across trucks that had huge gaping rust holes in the frame. For the amount I'm asking, this might be the most structurally and mechanically sound truck you’ll find. Though you might find a 90’s truck at this price without surface rust or paint chips, it’s doubtful you find a TOYOTA with as few miles. Due to this truck’s incredibly low mileage, it’s value is greater than book values suggest. This is a reliable truck that you don’t have to worry about if it gets a little scratched hauling materials or helping a friend move.
