Im looking for motivated people that want to learn real estate, rather its helping people buy and sell,or its to become an investor and work for yourself, I have been in this business for over ten years and wouldnt do anything else, i can teach you so you can get your state license the class is a 45 hr class and can be taken either over 3 weekends in 8hr classes,or 6:30-9:30 3 days a week,for about 5 weeks. The job would start after you finish the course and obtain your state license, you would be a private contractor which means you make your own schedule and get paid for what you do, your income is based on what you do not someone else,this is the truest form of sales commission based pay, I pay my realtors, 70% of what they bring onto the office ,which is between 30%-20% more than most companys pay their salespeople, I also mentor you and help you reach the goals you want to reach.
